SHERPA Repository available online!

SHERPA
21/04/2021

The SHERPA repository is now available online for all interested stakeholders, to find information and project results on topics relevant to Rural Development policy in Europe.

The platform provides a compilation of research outputs and findings from past and ongoing projects related to rural areas. It enables searches for outputs, findings and recommendations from research projects by relevant rural topics. The information and data available can be filtered by topics, keywords, funding and research programmes.

The current main rural topics are the ‘Long-Term Vision for Rural Areas’ and ‘Biodiversity’. Upcoming rural topics will include ‘Climate change and environmental services’ and ‘Change in production and diversification of the rural economy’.

The repository also includes SHERPA results and documents, such as the Discussion and Position Papers on selected rural topics.

Furthermore, a dedicated section is available for the Rural H2020 cluster projects: DESIRA, MOVING, POLIRURAL and RURALIZATION, alongside SHERPA. The aim of the cluster is to foster collaboration and knowledge exchange between the projects, building on each other’s activities and boosting the communication and dissemination of outcomes, contributing to the future rural policy.
